Cancellation & Booking Policy

All bookings are to be made via the Book Now Link for our Fresha booking system.

Some treatments may require a deposit which will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day. 

Deposits can be transferred once to another chosen date if atleast 48 hours notice is given.

Deposits are non refundable. 

If less than 48 hours notice is given a 50% charge of the cost of treatments booked will be incurred.

No shows or if less than 24 hours notice given will be charged 100% off the cost of treatments which will need to be paid before another appointment can be booked.


Refunds

Deposits are non refundable as are gift vouchers, Refunds are not given for services provided or products sold once opened for hygiene purposes. 

If you are unhappy with the service provided please get in contact within 72 hours of the treatment being carried out.

You will be asked to come in for a review and any issue will try to be rectified and appropriate advise given.

Please note it is important to have a consultation prior to any treatment which may include a patch test, aswell as following any aftercare advise given by your therapist.

Service may be refused if there are any contradictions which will be discussed beforehand, an alternative may be offered. 


Patch Testing

Please note that some services require a patch test 48 hours before treatment. 

These include: Tinting,  Lash Lift, Lamination, SPMU

If you have sensitive skin it is also recommended you have a patch test before any Waxing, Tanning,  Nails & Fat Dissolving. 

However even with a patch test there is no 100% guarantee that an allergic reaction may occur.
